Firehouse makes my favorite Italian for a chain. Just hits different! Especially when they have the buy one get one free. Haven't had them in a while and went for one yesterday. Good enough I had to grab another today. There are a lot of good Italians out there but theirs being hot with the Italian dressing just makes it different imo. It's definitely my go to if I'm having Firehouse. My wife loves the Firehouse Chili. This location has been fresh and made as ordered every time so I have no complaints. I've taken advantage of the buy one get one many times so they seem to do it pretty often. They are already worth it to me but you can't beat it when it's on sale.

They simply didn't put in half my order. The Firehouse Meatball® tasted like everything came out of a can. I added "Sautéed" mushrooms, however they came from a can. The up charge for pepperoni was super expensive for 2 slices. Honestly would have been cheaper and even more delicious had I just gone to the store and purchased frozen meatballs bread marinara and provolone at the store. Don't waste your money. Additionally, my driver got stuck there waiting for 30 minutes because they coudn't be bothered to confirm my order. 10/10 do not recommend

Slow service, made Dasher wait 15 mins for order. One sandwich was pathetically thin - for $14 definitely not worth it.

Ingredients are good, bread is good, pickle is good, overall taste is not bad. But I ordered a turkey sandwich which has no option to have cold and a warm turkey sandwich is just weird to me. Also asked for no onions and got onions, ordered a brownie and got no brownie, and ordered a $4 coke and it's not even a 20oz bottle, just 16. Not worth the price.
