The Hook & Ladder was wonderful and the customization was perfect! Perfect size to share with another for a great lunch!

We ate it so quickly we forgot about photos. Ooops! The Italian subs were top tier and very affordable. 10/10 will order again and the cookies were phenomenal. If you don't at least try this sandwich you're doing yourself a disservice.

The oatmeal cookies are ok sometimes it's hard as a rock where I with braces can't eat them or they are perfect but the sandwiches are great I order here a lot and usually it is great. Would order again. :)

I ordered through Door Dash and the sandwich came with a small amount of meat in the middle and just plain bread on almost half of the sandwich
