Honestly I used to be very impressed with the food and how it was made but today i don't know changed. They forgot my chips I paid for, they offered to my sandwich in a bowl because they didn't have gluten free bread and left my food soggy with way too much Italian dressing in the bowl and my boyfriends sandwich was just soggy and did not taste like we always gets it. Not happy at all.

This was the best Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ sandwich I have had delivered. The bread was fresh, all items requested were on the sandwich. Didn't get my pickle, but I was very happy with the sandwich.

I asked for white bread they gave me wheat bread. I am allergic to tomatoes and onions. It had tomatoes and onions on it. Please see the pictures by the way. This is a replacement sub they sent out after sending me the wrong sub. I am very unhappy.

As seen on the receipt I ordered chips and a pickle spear. I only received a sandwich. When I contacted the door dash driver he said he was told everything was in the bag when he picked it up. The sandwich was good but not $23.00 good!!

I asked and paid for double meat on my sandwaich didn't get it also asked for chopped pickles didn't get those either. barley any lettuce on my sandwich. horrible sandwich, to say the least! for the price i paid, this is ridiculous!
