The food is always made with fresh, high quality ingredients and tastes amazing every single time. We love the heated Italian. That's definitely a go-to in our busy house. The food is delivered very fast and is always accurate to our order specifications. We've never been disappointed!

The way firehouse workers packaged my food was real sloppy with lettuce and olives stuck to the receipt that went on the bag for delivery and the sub were soggy and oil all over the bag. Very sloppy service and hardly any meat on the Club On A Sub and Italian🤦🏻♀️

Food was good, overall. The Bowl Chicken Dumpling was ok. It was more soup than dumplings, but the flavor was good.
Only disappointment, my Chips were left out.Customer service was great to help with that.

The ham sandwich was TINY for being as pricey as it was. One of the sandwiches was a medium and one was a small, and they were both $10. B ut the medium sandwich was 3 times the size of the small. The Side Salad didnt have any dressing included, but I added ranch and it was fine. I just felt like I didn't get the amount of food I normally get for the same size orders. That ham sandwich was maybe 3 inches long. The turkey was a normal size and normal amount of meat. Theres really no good reason to charge $10 for 3 inches of sandwich.

The "sub" was basically an expensive small sub roll. One small piece of turkey, maybe a teaspoon of cranberry sauce and a small amount of dressing- almost enough to taste
On top of the order being wrong, will not eat there again.
