Ordered buy one get one free but they only sent me one sandwich. Called the store and spoke to the "manager" who was rude when I was running down what I had ordered and how much it costs, saying "yeah, I know how to count". He said he was not aware of the coupons on DoorDash and was not sure if they honored them. He offered no assistance and said to take it up with DoorDash.

The Spicy Cajun Chicken sandwich didn't have enough chicken to cover even half the sandwich. It also took them almost 45 minutes to make 2 subs.

The two hook and ladders were a complete bust. Barely any meat, no cheese, no pickle with the one requested, and no lettuce. Will not order from here again. Did not follow instructions or make as ordered. Totally rushed and not worth eating.

they had a special for 7-8 inch subs. I got mine and it was literally 4 inches!the subs were good, but small and not as advertised. a let down!
