Hook & Ladder® simply delicious! The best bread in the sub industry. I haven't had a Firehouse sub in probably 5 years man I was missing out on the best sub!

Usually the food is really good from here, but this time the meal was cold by the time it got to me. It was also poorly prepared and fell apart almost immediately. About over half of the sandwich meat was all fat and the other half was too tough to chew

Everything was cold. Not like it had been heated and cooled on the drive but like it had never been heated in the first place. The cheese was not melted. The soup was congealed. The Garlic Bread had almost no garlic butter and was not toasted at all. The sandwich had no flavor.

Sandwich was mainly just bread with hardly anything on it at all. Pickle was tiny and dry
