brisket was good. Steak was more steamed than fire roasted, no good charred or even browned bits.

This was the BEST version of the hook and ladder I ever had. Toasted just right, ingredients stacked to perfection like a piece of art, no spilling, no mess ,and of course tasty. Whoever made this sub is an artist, no, a true pioneer. They say angels don't exist, but one clearly made the best hook and ladder I ever had.
