two of the best sandwiches ever, brisket was tender, juicy and sauce was good also.
bread was warm and soft

I said this after I ordered last time but these subs are pricey (more so on doordash) and the in-store price and quality is better so I think I'll stick to in store purchases. Taste good but sloppy and separated after being handled making the sub difficult to eat and light on toppings.

The Hook and Ladder tonight was outstanding and the best yet. It was made absolutely perfect and the bread was super soft. Amazing and the price was marvelous as well.

Potato soup was only broth, almost no potato , cheese, bacon. Sandwich was tough and as usual Firehouse included zero napkins.

I ordered a gluten-free Hook & Ladder® and wasn't told until I arrived that they hadn't gotten a shipment of gluten-free bread in weeks and put it in a bowl. $3 extra dollars for no gluten free bread.
