The wheat bread is soft and delicious. There's plenty of meat on these sandwiches, and everything tastes fresh. No need to order double meat, they don't skimp on ingredients like other places.

Just had the Hook & Ladder® Combo and I am STILL thinking about it 🤤🔥 The flavors were absolutely insane—perfectly balanced, bold, and so fresh you can taste it in every bite. Everything tasted freshly made, not soggy, not heavy—just straight-up quality. And the portion size?? STACKED. 💥 Super filling, insanely satisfying, and worth every single bite. got the large Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket. it was so delicious and tender! I ate half for dinner and saved the other half for lunch at work. It reheated decently in the microwave.

Delicious!! I tried two different soups (chicken dumpling and loaded potato)and they were both excellent. Just what I needed to deal with a migraine on a cold day. I ate the sandwich (an engineer) the next day and it was fabulous as well.

I paid extra for bacon to have 1 piece on my sub. Also had onion and it had 2 pieces .
A little disappointed for the cost.
