Absolutely delicious! The meatballs were very tasty and filled the entire sub. The red sauce was tangy and flavorful, and just the right amount. The bread was perfectly toasted and fresh.

the Hook & Ladder.® is an absolute delight. so delicious. always served hot and it has become my absolute favorite. I order this time and time again and the large always fills me up. the bread is fresh and so warm

Extremely good! The meatballs were fresh and very flavorful, the sauce was fresh and very flavorful, the bread was fresh and also very flavorful, and it was topped nicely with the pepperoni and seasonings.

The sandwich was great and frankly quite huge. It was worth two meals worth and even when cold, was quite good. The garlic bread on the other hand, left a lot to be desired. There was very little "Garlic" or butter on it. It was just like a bland toast.

We usually love Firehouse Subs, but this time both the Smoked Turkey Breast and New York Steamer® were lackluster. Neither sandwich had tomato, the turkey only had 2 pieces of turkey on it, and both pickles were forgotten. The bread is always amazing, and the sandwiches weren't bad, just wish it would have been as good as it has been in the past.
