I've ordered this sandwich twice and both times the service was fresh and delicious everything was packaged so neat, I really love this place

I'm autistic and fire house hook and ladder is my main safe food, despite the price being higher than most other places i have to say it's very worth it when their subs are so fkn good 10/10

The Firehouse Meatball®sandwich was fine although it was dry. No sauce was on the sandwich which was a first. The Hook & Ladder.® I was disappointed with as the sandwich seemed to be made uneven. The meat wasn't all over the it was instead balled together in one section.

Honey ham small sub bread was hard and the meat was in the wrapper. The back of the bread was soggy.
