The sandwich that we received definitely did not look like the picture. There was hardly any meat, it was mostly bread. I ordered the combo, and they did not deliver the bottle of water.
For being a $15 sandwich, I was disappointed.

It's expensive
Cold sub options are limited
Coca Cola products are nasty and over carbonated.
Cookies are too small.
Brownie is too small.
Most everything is under portioned.

The food is usually very good from the Westgreen location. They unfortunately have a tendency to leave off items. Tonight it was an entire sandwich and a side, and all that was mentioned was "The cashier forgot to put it in the bag". Period. No offer to help. No remorse. Just a flat affect about it. And the tip was based on the total. And I had to place another order for something closer so we could all eat together... and tip that person too. Thankfully DoorDash helped a bit with the refund of the food charge. Since this is a repeated problem, I deducted a star for the missing food/error and another for the customer service and extra time and expense this costs us. Very disappointing.
If you can get it in your order, the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ sandwich is quite tasty and a winner every time you get it.
