Don't order Kids Grilled Cheese or the other combos. They don't offer drink selections. I also wish they would offer sautéed mushrooms on large sandwiches again. I haven't been able to do that for a while. Their Firehouse Meatball® and their Italian subs are always popular with the crew. The staff needs to pay a little more attention or notify us when they don't have drinks. I did not receive the Bottled Soda. I will continue to order from here because everyone loves the sandwiches and the Brownie. Large sandwich is huge! And the bread and meat taste great!

The Italian™ is very good! They do not put enough meat or cheese for the cost of a 9" sub @ $12.00.
Also, we ordered alot when they first opened and liked the product, just felt was very over priced for the amountput on a sandwich.
It was almost a year yesterday we had ordered, because they had buy 1 get 1 sub free on the Door Dash App. The order came and it was one sandwich and the brownie we ordered was not in bag. Not sure on the App? But, that was very misleading.
I will not be ordering from here for now with the higher pricing, lean sandwiches and lack of good customer service.

Meat was chewy and hard half the sandwich was light on the meat half the sandwich was heavy on the meat and the meat was hard and chewy
