Can't go wrong. All of Firehouse Sub's sandwiches are great. I'm a big fan of the Hook & Ladder, and the Meatball Sub. Also, appreciate that if you get the large it carries well making great leftovers.

I paid $48 plus $3 cash tip for my order. When the order arrived the bag was open and not sealed. The two sandwiches were light on meat at the ends of the sandwiches. Also, there was no cheese on either sandwich! Plenary of mayo though. My friend ate all of hers because she was very hungry but I only ate one half. I'm keeping it and can provide picture if wanted.
Very disappointing.

This is the 2nd time we've ordered from this Firehouse location and the 2nd time we've been highly disappointed. It was supposed to take 15 minutes to receive the order. It took 40. All three sandwiches were assembled and wrapped poorly. The Club on a Sub™ had less than a full slice of bacon that was in two pieces both on the same half of the sandwich, Mayo and bbq sauce was all over the outside of the sandwiches, etc. If we ever eat at this location again, we'll be dining in or picking up and checking everything. The food tasted good and we've eaten at other locations with no problems.

I received bread in cheese vs grilled cheese. I also got one patato piece in a half filled cup of soup that costs almost 7 dollars!

The Engineer is literally the only sandwich I ever get, and this time it unfortunately fell flat, not only was it STONE COLD, which honestly falls more on the delivery, but my sandwich had none of the flavor it normally does. I didn't taste any of the mustard that should have been one it, there was hardly any mushrooms, and no cheese what so ever.
My partner had the Turkey Bacon Ranch (Add jalapeños). He found just a few slices on the entire large sandwich.
Both sandwiches were SOOOGGGGY.
