• 11/4/26Just horrible nothing about this order is edible. It looks like the bread is burnt on two of the subs. All of the breads are smooshed on each order and it just looks thrown together and sloppy. I think I'm gonna skip out on fire house for a while just horrible.

• 11/2/25Man it hurts to have to write a bad review cause normally Firehouse is amazing, but.... tonight I feel we got mayonaise sandwiches. It was way too much. I said no lettuce on one and they still put it in it. The brisket sandwich had no mayo or BBQ sauce. No pickles at all?!! I couldve just threw $70 in the trash!!!

• 31/12/25Always just seem to mess something up. The food taste good but when they don't read the instructions. Ordered a sandwich and swapped pepper jack for Monterey Jack. Says it on the instructions on the receipt. Instead I got no cheese at all. This isn't the first time they have messed an order up.
