I always order the Smoked Turkey Breast or the turkey bacon ranch with either chips or the Regular Cajun Fries and every time the sandwich is solid. It's perfection. The fries the first time were amazing and piping hot. This last time the fries were barely warm and half empty which was a bummer but maybe I'll just stop getting them and stick to chips. Either way firehouse subs are way better than any other sub place in Roswell.

Sent half my order. No fries, salad was almost big enough to cover the bottom of the bowl. What a joke. When I called the restaurant, they blamed the door dash driver. Like he makes the food? Skip this place. There are other options in Roswell.
