One of my fav's... Hook & Ladder
Firehouse Subs continues to be one of my favorite sandwich go to spots. Top of my list.
I can't say that I've ever been disappointed with the quality of the sandwiches and the service at this location.
Portion sizes are spot on and it's always fresh!

Have tried this place twice now. Horrible both times. Had the Thanksgiving Sub this time.$17for a sub that had maybe 4oz of turkey on it,and it was bits and pieces.

Ordered the Hook & Ladder again. Always delish! I love all of the veggies you can add.
Certainly my favorite go-to for Subs and I've never been disappointed with service from this location ( off SMP and Quivira).

Got the Italian, but it wasn't as good as usual. It just seemed more bread than anything and the veggies were so thinly sliced as to be nonexistent in each bite.

Did not receive condiments on my sandwich, requested onions and received two rings. The bottom piece of my bread was ripped (see picture) and tasteless and was hard/tough. There was a sticker that mentioned gluten free could not be guaranteed, but I did not order gluten free.
