• 15/11/25The preparer made the Hook and Ladder sandwhich by toasting the bread and put the ham and cheese on the roll without heating like it is to be done
I have had over 200 of these sandwiches and the bread is not toasted and the meet and cheese are steam and place on the bun. Totally wrong very disappointing

• 6/11/22Good basic sandwich. Needed more lettuce, tomatoes & onions. Would love to get a spicy brown mustard with it. Overall it lacked flavor.
