We had the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ with one side lacking meat and the Firehouse Hero® with only 3 tiny pieces of brisket on the whole sandwich. The weird thing is the bread on the hero was cut but the meat wasn't. I don't know how the managed that. Surprisingly, the Engineer® was good.

I get the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ almost every time I have ordered from a Firehouse Subs. It is my favorite sandwich, but after today... I will not be able to order it again. The after taste was ... less than palatable. Definitely not worth $20.

The sub was good and it tasted great plenty of meat and I'd for sure order again however they left out my bacon
