They cut the Pepperoni Pizza Meatball Sub all the way through the sandwich causing the cheese to stick to the wrapper, and they gave me an oatmeal raisin cookie instead of the Cookies & Cream Cookie cookie I ordered...
Easily the most disappointing experience I've had with firehouse.

Thank you for the fantastic Italian subs. All ingredients were as fresh as anyone could ask for, and the 2 for 1 deal can't be beat!

Bread was soggy; the meat did not have a taste; the sauce portion was not in comparison to the meat; the sandwich was sweet instead of spicy: I would not order again.
