• 15/10/25My Firehouse, Hook & Ladder sub was absolutely delicious from Lebanon Church Road today. Fresh bun, plenty of meat, etc. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean facility. Thank you, thank you.

• 20/11/25Received order last night of hook and ladder, tuna sandwich and baked potato chips. Well food was good but firehouse needs to read instructions. I received no potato chips which I was charged $2.50 and got no side pickles. There was no answer when I called even leaving message. It might not seem like much to some people but you should get what you pay for these days.

• 20/2/26Super disappointed. Both subs were soggy! I ordered Mac n cheese to try and that was not included. I think the sub would have been good if not for the soggy bread. Portion was average. They forgot the pickle(you have to say yes or now for each sub for a pickle). Overall disappointing, two med subs and Mac n cheese was $42. I got back MOST of the price of the Mac. We might try them again in the future.

• 29/8/25Hoagies were smaller than what was ordered. Also the sale price that was half off during the time of order was non existent. I was charged full price. Food was good.
