I had gotten the same sandwich 2 days prior and it was SO GOOD but this time it was really REALLY soggy and just didn't taste good. The lettuce was wilty, onions were soft and I got like 3 tops off of banana peppers I was just disappointed

this was the only bad sub I've ever ordered from firehouse. the meat was tough and chewy and there was almost no cheese or bbq sauce on it.

The Mac and cheese was only half full. $5.45..it should be full. Cookie was dry.

I've ordered here before and things were delicious. Last night I placed an order for their Firehouse Meatball® - the meatballs used must have been at the bottom of the pan next to the warmer. They were burnt to the consistency of styrofoam and tasted horrible. Definitely not ordering that again!
