Chicken was bland and tasteless I asked for oxtail gravy be smothered on rice and peas and add additional oxtail gravy on the side which I didn't receive . Was willing to pay extra for the gravy as I always do when I patronize this location in person. This tis the first time I've had a bad food experience with them

There was absolutely no meat in my soup, only vegetables and bones. Perhaps the attendants should be more careful while spooning the order.

This place is the slowest place to order! It doesn't matter if you're the only person in line they act like you don't have anything else to do or go. The service is the worst it's almost as bad as the food. When they first opened up the food was great. Now the food doesn't have any substance it's just food. It is more like soul food than Jamaican food. The prices are fair and the amount of food is fair but the taste and service sucks. The cooks not even from Jamaica!

This was just bad. I ordered the Kingfish and it was hard. The rice and beans was sticky with no flavor as well as the cabbage. Everything tasted like it was days old! Horrible

Oxtail was hard and no plantain included as that was part of what I ordered . No utensils provided either . Very disappointed
