This was my first time to try first watch and I would say I am very pleased. The half sandwich and salad was off the charts. The portion size was amazing. I will definitely go back.

I ordered Grapefruit Juice thinking it would be the same size as all their to-go cups as sizing isnt clear/listed. The cup was much smaller than their usual cups and was under filled, so were the other drinks. the Market Veggie sandwich was painfully overtoasted, the onions werent cooked properly or cut down to chewable size, and there was a single drip sized dot of pesto throughout the whole sandwhich.

After paying fees and tip to have food delivered. One of The Traditional orders was incomplete. Missing eggs and fruit. Only bacon and the additional blueberry muffin. I contacted the restaurant and they rudely and immediately told me it was a DoorDash problem. Called DoorDash they declined my request of getting a reimbursement for the one incomplete meal saying that First Watch did not complete the order. They are correct, very disappointing, will be contacting First Watch Manager tomorrow, will give an update.
