If I’m ever working mornings and don't have food, I always order first watch Million Dollar Potatoes and Mint Mocha Iced Coffee! They’re definitely my favorites.

Biscuit was incredibly dry. Likely old. Gravy was bland and cold. Fruit cup was nearly all grapes. Turkey wrap had very little turkey.
Overall a disappointing experience I won't be ordering from here again and now have no incentive to eat in their restaurant.

Maple Bacon Croissant Sandwich is very sweet, which was not expected. we ordered one with the jalapeños and one without. the jalapeños are also extremely sweet, so dont expect any heat from them. it was like eating sugar with eggs and sausage. the grits are horrible, no seasoning, and both over cooked and undercooked. the come clumped in a bowl. the Million Dollar Potatoes are also sweet, also not expected. I was expecting savory food and got dessert. the Honey Caramel Crunch Iced Coffee was just ok. it also was too sweet. the sweetness overwhelmed the coffee.

Someone stole my order, and each time I asked the staff about it, they would go check on the order but never come back with an update. Eventually, when they realized what had happened, I was simply told, “Oh, they’re making it now,” rather than anyone taking accountability or acknowledging the mistake. One server was helpful and accommodating, which I appreciated, but overall, this experience was unacceptable. There should be a system in place to monitor takeout orders and ensure they are only given to the correct customers. Better communication and accountability from the staff would have made a huge difference.
