One of the reasons we like 5 Guys is that they don't use anything but peanut oil to fry. My husband has issues with some of the other common oils so this ends up working great for us. The burgers are great and 1 large fry will feed 2 small armies! We like the cajun fries too when we're in the mood for heat (and they have some).

No complaints. Everything was great! I love the Little Fries, they taste home made. They even have the skins still on them and everything. So good! The Little Cheeseburger was way more than enough meat patty for me.

Used to be great - not anymore. Burgers used to be perfectly proportioned, and fries were crisp and delicious. Now fries are soggy, buns are overly sweet, and you get 1/4 of the meat for double the price. The burger quality has been decreasing since they moved bun baking ops to the UK. Now, everything that once made 5 Guys stand out, is non-existent. So sad. Way to take a successful burger place that was killing it, straight into the ground. If this is a result of local mismanagement, it's actually pretty shameful.

The package should be sealed. When it was handed to me I could look right down inside the bag to see the fries lying around. The bag was also very oily... it had a sticker at the top of the bag that leaves both sides exposed to whatever... It really makes me want to pick up the food myself next time.
However, in past experience, many other places seal the packaging very well. Like Starbucks.

By far the worst meal I have ever had from Five Guys. Everything was burnt and over cooked. It looked like the patties were cut in half to make the correct amount of meat for our order. Absolutely gross and disappointing.
