Sausage Egg & Cheese. was humongous like really worth every penny. the cheese they use is absolutely delicious 😋 so worth it. the biscuits are so big i ordered 2 and couldnt finish half of the first one. 10/10 WILL order again. southern breakfast done right 💯

The food at Flo's tastes just like my mom southern home cooked very hot and delicious, you get your money worth they load you down with food! The cheese biscuits melt in your mouth and are very good a good southern tradition made from scratch like my mom and it's very big I have save some for another meal, the sweet tea is really good, the bacon but I tell you it melts in your mouth. If you want some good southern home cooked food you better stop by Flo's , they are my favorite restaurant to eat breakfast from and I am a regular customer I will always get my breakfast here, it's the best restaurant in Rocky Mount, to eat breakfast from and the food is so fresh! I love Flo's so happy to have you in Rocky Mount!!

This place is the bomb,Tenderloin Egg & Cheese (Sun). was awesome! If you know what old folks use to say about a CATHEAD Biscuit , This is more like the size of a BULLDOGS HEAD. Awesome hoop cheddar cheese, and a real egg was delicious. I still have a Cathead left for a med breakfast with jelly. I would definitely order again for a special Sunday breakfast! A SPECIAL THANK 'S 😊 🙏 To all that made this a Special day!

Food had a nice homemade taste, everything hit. Was warm and came packaged super securely with utensils and napkins. Portions are a bit small but filling. Would def get again for breakfast
