SOURDOUGH CRUST ??!! Outstanding pizza !! It's hard to find a pizza place that has long cheese strands attached to the slice while you remove it from the pizza box. All pizza commercials show this when they try to merchandise theirs but Flying Pie Pizzaria shows truth. It was delicious, had a crispy "non-burnt" crust, and I'm going to make this place my new pizza place. I'm sold !!! -Rob and Lisa

Flying Pie just isn't the same. Great amount of toppings on the Contest Combo but the Jalapeno Popper had clumps of cream cheese and missed the mark. The Mesquite Chicken lacked BBQ sauce so it was dry but the toppings were still on point. Some may prefer this pizza to popular national chains, but Flying Pie sure isn't the same as it was a decade ago.

Best pizza in town. I've always loved them. Thank you for offering a gluten free crust that isn't cardboard. Same vibes as a normal crust. So tasty!

there was a bit of an issue with the pizza but they amended it very quickly and very kindly :) excellent service & excellent food!
the Acapulco Verde (V) is SO good...the green onion is such a nice touch!!! the black bean sauce is way better than i expected it to be and is a great base for this pizza. 10/10
