Bagels seemed to be microwaved. Too hard to chew so I couldn't eat even half of it. Not for lack of try, I literally couldn't chew it. I've purchased bagels here before and received what seemed like an entirely different bagel that was good. This one was much smaller and looked like a grocery-store brand name bagel that was grabbed last minute to fill in supply. That or the bagel they serve now is different for some strange reason.

Really missed the mark on entire order. Usually order from Melbourne stores but thought we would try this location since it's been so yummy before. No cold foam that was ordered and uncharged for. Wrong tea completely. The con leche tastes terrible also. But usually this is great and a fav from the other store. Really not a good way to start Friday :(

They didnt send the Egg, Ham and Cheese Croissant because they were out but they also did not notify us. So we waited for our coffee and breakfast and no breakfast showed thirty minutes later.
My Caffe Macchiato came literally with a half empty cup. Picture attached. I tried to call Foxtail and could not get a hold of them. It is pretty awful.
