Fresh&Co has always had fantactic food! I went with the Falafel Bowl(VG) this time and it was so rich in flavors and very nutritious. Their Cinnamon Roll drink didnt disappoint either, it was the perfect healthy sweet treat to sooth my sweet tooth.

Bowl was delish! A great alternative to the "usual" salad with chicken that most restaurants have. Carrots were cooked well with a little crunch, salmon was tasty, broccoli was perfect, and overall just a darn good meal.

The "bread" was ridiculous, it was an old piece of sandwich bread cut in half, and rolled very tightly in wax paper. It was old and hard and inedible. The falafel was really bad, very dry and I couldn't eat it. The serving of chipotle shrimp for $9.69 was very small. The chicken tenders looked nothing like the picture. Overall it was a disappointing experience and I would not order from this restaurant again.

If you're looking for healthy but delicious food, this is the place!
The presentation was great, the flavors were amazing, just the right amount of seasoning. I had the Roasted Salmon Market Plate with brown rice, sweet potatoes and broccoli. This is my new favorite place.

Portions were much smaller than what was displayed in the menu. Would not order again for the price. Immunity shot came self packaged instead of in the container shown on the menu. The chia pudding was really good though.
