I am a regular customer and usually order the same dishes. I have never had any complaints before, but this time the food was terrible. The lettuce was not fresh, and the tomatoes had an unpleasant smell. Unfortunately, I have to stop ordering from Freshii for a while.

toppings were good and fresh but it's 90% rice. the chipotle dressing was gross on a salad.

Bowl has no dressing and 3 small pieces of chicken. Completely not worth the money.
