1st time ever eating here and it did not disappoint.... amazing food large portions will definitely eat here again.

Several problems with the order:
1) The pastrami sandwich had coleslaw on it. Pastrami sandwiches usually have mustard and swiss cheese. It was an unexpected/unpleasant surprise.
2) The kids meal's drink didn't arrive with the meal and though I paid extra for hot fudge on the ice cream, 1 scoop of ice cream arrived without the hot fudge. 3) The coleslaw with the kids meal had something wrong with it. It had a strange, stringy sauce on it. I've eaten Friendly's coleslaw many times and it's good. Something went WAY WRONG with today's slaw. No napkins, straws or forks were in the bags, just spoons.

I understand that things are getting tight but the amount of fries that you serve now with the meal is about 2/3 of what they used to be they also used to be a lot larger. You also should serve by default a side of the barbecue sauce especially on delivery orders as the sauce gets absorbed by the bread. This is my favorite sandwich and I will always order it however I am noticing the pinching of pennies Also no drink included with the meal? I understand again cost of doing business but comparing to fast food and other establishments you already have a leg up with a superior product just include the drink for the price and you're now competitive with fast food hard-core. Also I must point out there used to be a significantly higher amount of barbecue sauce and ranch but considering I got delivery I'll forgive me for now. Just some food for thought no pun intended :-)

you would think for 17 dollars you would get more then 10 french fries and coleslaw just thrown in the same container making everything else soggy

The two burgers and fries we ordered were really good, even though the first dasher decided to cancel after an hour. So the food was cold (not the fault of the restaurant) but still delicious, good portion sizes for the fries and two huge burgers
