The CHICKEN & WAFFLES are my favorite. Just enough kick to enjoy it, and keep going back for more. Wish there was an option to add extra bacon to the waffles. The new cardboard box packaging isn't as good as the old plastic takeout containers, glad we were home because the steam made them unable to from. Despite the small issues, it's always fresh, a lot of food for the money and will always order it again and again

First time customer. I was excited to try the TENDER PLATE from reading the reviews. The fries were ice cold and not cooked. I don't think fries are supposed to be crunchy. The tenders seemed like they had been around for a while. Cold slaw was watery with no flavor. The portions and coop sauce 4 stars. 1 tender , 2 pickles and a cup of coop sauce doesn't cut it for dinner.
