The food is incredibly flavorful. Ingredients are high quality. They really take their time to prepare everything in way where you know the chef and owner's have a passion for what they do. I've sat down and ate at the restaurant as well and it's even more delicious . 10/10 must try !!

The Vegeterian Maze Ramen was AH-MAZING! I ordered extra noodles but my oh my I did not need it-- they give you so so much this was dinner for 2 days! :)
The flavor was so good, had some kick to it which was great. Also love that it's soup-less-- I hardly ever add the soup with ramen so this was perfect!

REALLY delicious and beautiful. You could taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients. Especially the red ginger, pork belly was cooked BEAUTIFULLY, and the broth was really flavorful. I personally wish there were more or hardier book choy, but that's just my opinion. The packing was lovely, but they did forgot napkins and utensils. Found a new favorite Ramen spot and can't wait to try other items on the menu!

Spicy Garlic Edamame was amazing but I wish it was less oily. I also wish that the Chashu Bun (1pc)had a little more sauce

I didn't receive the I would like utensils! The Tonkotsu Soy Ramen had great flavor, but the noodles formed into a brick. The Rice is rice. Not much to say about it. Not sure if I'll order again.
