Best tacos ever!! Fresh, bursting with flavor. I'm visiting from TX but this will definitely a staple for every visit!

I'm from out of state bu come to Santa Fe often and Fusion Tacos is usually my first stop for food. The QUESABIRRIA PLATE is always consistently fresh and flavorful. I've eaten here twice in a day a couple times before. I've had alotttt of birria and this is my favorite here. I love that it comes with 4 tacos too instead of the typical 3 tacos!

I love getting their nachos but this time around they weren't great. I didn't finish them. There was barely any sauce or beans basically no flavor. They put more chicken than anything and top of that the chips that didnt get smothered were VERY stale.

Today wasn't a good day, the tacos were cold and the Al pastor dry and I was given very little shredded cabbage, cilantro, and diced onion . Maybe someone called out or something.. first time I've been disappointed with Fusion Tacos normally they are my favorite but today I can't recommend it

As always the food is amazing, I loved the AGUAS FRESCAS I drank most of it before taking the picture but you get a big drink
