• 3/1/23Sometimes I swear the food gets better everytime I eat here.... which I've eat here dozens + times. The saag & tikka masala are so flavorful and heartwarming. Garlic naan makes for the perfect vehicle for them. You can never go wrong with the lamb or chicken. Worth every penny.

• 20/9/25Gaia has to be one of my favorite Mediterranean places in Boulder. The Paneer Tikka Masala is to die for and the Vegetarian or Vegan Samosa is equally amazing. Portions are perfect, but if you don't make it through everything in one seating, the food keeps well in the fridge and reheats nicely in the microwave (1:30 for half a portion of masala). Just be warned that they tend to take a while to prepare orders.

• 6/12/23Gryro pizza is fantastic and legit spicy, samosas are super good. The raita was full of good veggies and a generous portion but way gross, really sweet for some reason. Do not recommend the raita at all.

• 9/9/22The cheesy chicken masala fries are where it's at!!! They are generous with the chicken and with the what I can only assume is a homemade cheese sauce. The large size was big enough for two people and then some!
