The bagels were delicious! Warm, fresh, etc. However, our order came incorrect (wrong bagels, unsliced), so that was a bummer. Wont give it a bad score though because we still loved the quality of bagel!!!

Always love their bagels! I sent a box of bagels as a gift to work for a coworkers bday in my absence and they even wrote on the box for me without me asking! Love the attention to detail! So thoughtful thank you!

I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese toasted (can't get much simpler). The bagel was plain and toasted but the cream cheese was dirty! It had a random hunk of salmon and some other stuff. It almost looked like someone wasn't wiping off the knife in between spreading cream cheese from one order to the next. Very gross. Also the plain bagel had a small amount of poppy seeds baked into it on only one side. Seems like they aren't cleaning their equipment in between batches of different kinds of bagels.

They should not offer door dash pickup if they don't have the man power to handle orders. The lady was rude when I picked up my food that I scheduled the night before. I had to then wait in line and order it again.
