I love everything they make at Gen Korean. When I earn a Doordash promo, I always order the Four Meat Special and I don't have to cook for myself a couple of days. Last night, I noticed the portions of the beef choices (K steak, Beef Fingers) were smaller and cut very thin to the point of being crispy. The Pork Belly slices were bigger and thicker. All of it was still very tasty. Loved the Coconut Tea! I will def order again and hope they "beef up" the beef portions!

2 Meats, 2 Sides, and Steamed Rice
Good portion sizes, but the meat is very dry and over cooked. On top of that there's no flavor in anything.. One meat type was like eating paper flavor and texture wise not even the natural meat flavor was there. Where as the other one was passing, only because it was the only thing with flavor in it. The rice has the texture that's ment for cooking fried rice. Dry and dense. The food seemed like it wasn't as fresh as it could have been even with it being delivered. Do not recommend, seems like it was hastily made. No care in the food processing.

Sirloin was cut into 4 thin slices. Lots of fat on the edges. Probably an inch thick of fat on each cut.

The Bulgogi to me is a signature dish, not hard to make, but the choice of meat used to make it was poor quality like hamburger meat it was a clumped up mass, the marinade was poorly made not the right mix, not authentic Korean, not good for the price paid, I would NOT purchase it again

Meat was dry and the sauces didn’t come with it. The sides were too small for the price of the food, but overall it can help satisfy missing Asian food cravings in Waco.
