The Chicago dog was awesome! It was hot and fresh was a good quality hot dog and all the toppings are delicious. The best Chicago dog I have had in iowa by far!

My favorite gyro place! And they're open late night which we need more of downtown Iowa City! Their cheese curds with the sriracha ranch is soo good and I love a chicken gyro but I know their lamb gyro is sooo good too!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Six stars out of a possible 5! Absolutely _the_ BEST gyros I have _ever_ had!! Amazingly delicious,juicy, flavorful,& succulent! So good! I would recommend it to everyone- I would recommend it to anyone who eats food! I ordered 2 sandwiches with extra meat, sautéed onions & peppers, & _NO_ tzaziki sauce (I'm lactose intolerant & can't have the sauce) & they listened to me- my order arrived exactly the way I wanted with _NO_ sauce. Also, these sandwiches are huge! I swear it was the size of a hatbox. I ordered 2, & it was enough for 4 people if they're hungry, & 6 if they're just peckish, so it's very good value for the price. George's Best Gyros is now my #1 go-to for delivery!

Paid $26 for Loaded Fries with extra meat, onion, tomato & tzatziki & the portion size was what I would have expected a normal order of loaded fries to be... portion size or price is way off and quality is ok/sub par. 10/10 do not recommend.

absolute garbage. the lamb/beef tasted like hamburger not gyromeat.The tzatMiki was just sour cream. the placewas dirty, employees unhelpful
