Extremely delicious! Ordered take-out for a family of 4 and it was ready quickly and was still hot when we got home & the host gave us free gyoza. The noodles and ramen were separated so the noodles would not be soggy, Large portions even for the appetizers. If you are unfamiliar with japanese food I highly reccomend getting a katsu dish - very good, will go again!

Usually this is so good and I treat myself to it occasionally because its so expensive. This time there weren't many veggies and the green beans they gave me were partially cooked and tasted funny. I actually spit it out. The broth always has a ton of flavor and the mushrooms are chefs kiss, this time the mushrooms didn't taste like much maybe they hadn't marinated long enough?

this ramen is firm with not to hard of a bite, which i personally like. the broth has a rich savory taste the soy sauce lovers will appreciate and the toppings and variety to the tongue. i would recommend for ramen lovers

I am addicted the the CABBAGE SALAD, every time I go to ginza ramen I get two of them. so simple but so good. The BEEF UDON is always so good, I love the lemon the put in it an the noodles are always so chewyand thick. This is my favorie ramen place can't recommend it more.

The Ginza Ramen(Signature Ramen) is really good but I was disappointed by there being only 1 super thin slice of pork belly. The chicken katsu stayed crispy and was really good.
