There aren't enough/strong words to describe the taste and crunchiness of the fries. I Love it's buttery flavor, and the chicken sandwich was also flavorful, and on point. This location in particular always gives good portions of food, and I am always satisfied/happy ordering from herend will continue to do so.... Thanks again Golden Chick! I always order the 20 tenders, no sides. Then I add dirty rice, and green beans.
The dirty rice and green beans mix well, and with the microwave, and a modest serving of each, these are a meal in itself.
Their French fries are battered and flavorful, and maybe the best fast food fries around. (Popeyes fries are good also.)
Their fried okra is very good, and the "family" size serving is more generous than the sides that come in a cup. These come in a box, which is much larger.
I'm a repeat customer, and have no reason to not continue to be.

This'll be the first time I've ever complained about Golden Chick. Normally their food is always super fresh and warm and they're generous with their servings. This time was quite a disappointment. All the food was stale tasting and lukewarm. The fried okra was hard yet chewy, as well as most of the chicken and the macaroni was mush from being over cooked. Honestly seemed like it all had been left out for 4+ hours and then tossed in the boxes for us. Giving 3 stars only because they at least got every part of the order correct but the quality of food was terrible.

this is the 2nd time the gravy was so thin it poured like milk. The extra roll was put on top of the mac n cheese in a bag rather than in with the other food. But mostly disappointed in the watery gravy.
