whenever my family and I are in town where ther is a golden chick I always order tenders for my brother. but when I order them today the bread was not cooked all the way and it was heavy also the tenders were not cooked all the way

Ordered unsweetened tea with the combo. Nasty tasting, poured it down the sink. It tasted like it was sitting at the bottom of the container for several days.
I also ordered 6 extra Fresh-Baked Rolls and received 5. The tenders were just okay, barely warm. Way too much batter and not enough chicken. Mash potatoes with gravy, bland, barely warm and not much gravy.

Golden Tenders® were very tasty and crispy.The mac and
cheese was delicious.
Unfortunately there wasn't a straw, napkins or gravy for the tenders.

They forget the family gravy nearly every time. I picked up my order myself and they assured me that the gravy was in the bag, then sealed the bag up so I couldn't verify without tearing the bag.

Unfortunately, this location has messed up my order more times than they have gotten it right. I appreciate the lady who attended to me and offered compensation with other items (which didn't happen the other times), but it is sorely disappointing to continuously have order issues. Love the food, but the service or order accuracy is lacking.
