The portion of Bourbon Street Chicken and rice was generous but the meat was tough to chew. It was not fresh, but likely sitting on the buffet for hours. I've had it fresh out the kitchen and it's usually very good. The broccoli was dry. The piece of regular chicken was fresh and juicy. I would recommend leaving some of the water on the corn to maintain moisture. The rolls are always tough.

The meatloaf had too much ketchup and was hard around the edges and overcooked. Like extremely hard. The carrots were overcooked. I ordered bread pudding and they sent banana pudding.

Definitely delicious. Ws disappointed about the ton of fat on the steak. 10 iooz. was really 6 ozx.
