Small Braised Oxtail was a bit salty; other than that, it was fine. Good portion; a good amount of oxtail was given. Was definitely fresh. However, I probably wouldn't buy it again due to the salty flavor.
It also seems like the store got busy around the time of my pickup (a Monday around 5 pm), so I was told my order wasn't ready when it actually was ready to be picked up.

I ordered Small Callaloo & Saltfish and it came without any dumplings. The callaloo had so many hard stalk it couldn't be eaten, felt like I was eating limbs off a tree and so many bones in the fish. I ordered a porridge and it was missing. I also ordered white rice they gave me rice and peas. Only thing right was the bread and the patty. Will definitely not be ordering from here again, since they have trouble following order directions and cooking well consistently.

Most of the oxtails given were bones and the ones that had meat was very tough. I was very disappointed. I would not order from this location.

I ordered the Irish Moss thinking it was the regular milky texture that I am used to, but instead it was pineapple juice mixed with the Iris moss. It still tasted good but please make sure it is clear to customers that it is pineapple juice infused with it, or else customers may have the same expectations as I did.

They are very kind here, customer service was excellent. They helped me to make an order online when I was having trouble. Very helpful, very sweet, and the food is delicious.
