椒鹽焗中蝦/Deep Fried Prawns with Spiced Salt were awesome. They were big and we got 18 prawns in total. 雞絲炒麵/Shredded Chicken Chow Mein and 揚州炒飯 / Yang Chow Fried Rice were both good.

椒鹽火箭鮮魷/Deep Fried Squid with Pepper & Spiced Salt was tasty. 金菇腐皮球/Braised Fresh Tofu with Golden Mushroom was so delicious. B28. 西米焗布甸 / Baked Tapioca Pudding wasn't their best effort. I had better from them in the past. The rest of the dishes were good portions and yummy.

椒鹽火箭鮮魷/Deep Fried Squid with Pepper & Spiced Salt was awesome! We wanted to try something new and we picked 雪菜鴨絲炆米/Snow Cabbage & BBQ Duck Braised with Rice Vermicelli and it was tasty. Overall, Golden Swan is consistently good.
