I love this place! Excellent service and they know my order right when I walk in the door. My favourite bubble tea place for sure!

The service was absolutely wonderful! The Cream Brulee Strawberry Latte, Lychee Mango Green Tea, Mango Green Tea all tasted absolutely delicious. These are my go to orders & all of them tasted super fresh and the instructions were well followed. Super happy!!

the drinks taste good but the sizes are questionable. You can see the difference between the 2 drinks on the photo, clearly NOT the same. They were supposed to be both large drinks, the mango smoothie looked like a medium. My husband wasn't happy about the size of his drink.

i LOVE the passion fruit green tea, always my go to order. regular is perfect size for me, would 100% order again.

Their doordash add says 2 brown sugar tea for $8.19 and I placed my order. Only got 1. Called them. Julia at GongCha acknowledged that she could see on her app that Doordash ad does say BOGO, but they actually are not running a BOGO promo. She would let owner know. Now have to go thru hoops to get the 2nd drink. Beware of promos when they dont actually back it up.
