It was the best flavour ever, and the boba was perfectly chewy.

The brown sugar milk tea was made great, but my strawberry milk tea was not mixed well, you can see 2 sections to it. There is probably someone there that doesn't know how to mix well. I ordered the strawberry milk tea and the mini pearl strawberry smoothie on Thursday and it was the same. This time, the strawberry milk tea was made well, but the mini pearl ones were not. The mini pearls one were supposed to be made with white pearls, but the black pearls were used instead and the mixture separated onto 2 sections. I was really disappointed considering I ordered twice that week.

I am a Gong Cha milktea lover but this branch disappoints me.

However my milk tea with 100% sugar taste bland!!! WASTE OF MONEY

The service was amazing!! I called to ask about replacement options due to some dietary restrictions and the store was incredibly helpful and took care to suggest what would work. Really appreciate it!! And the boba was amazing!

Peach Smoothie tasted very good if a little too sweet. I wwould order it again but I would change it to 0% sugar rathere than 30%.
Pearl Milk Tea was excellent. I ordered it with 0% sugar so I had no issues with sweetness.
