Love this Great American cookie option. The other local Great American cookie store sends pre-packaged, refrigerated cookies. I have to literally let them thaw and warm before eating. So now I double check to make sure I'm ordering from this store instead of the other. Colossal cookies are the BEST!

I would like my money back my cookies was hard and they wasn't suppose to they was cookie cakes! And it was not fresh at all

The cookies are great but there's hardly any cream in the dbl Double Doozies. Not happy! First time this has happened.
