They always do the nicest Happy Birthday cookie cakes! I've ordered from them three times now and they've done a perfect job every time.

Cookies seemed undercooked. If you're going to substitute, I'd prefer you substitute with another item in my order, not some completely different item. Example: I ordered lemon, peanut butter and pecan. Why would you substitute with a strawberry cookie? Another peanut butter would work fine.

My snickerdoodle cookies tasted like they have been sitting all day. I eat them all the find and it never taste so stale. Worst taste ever.
