• 11/8/25The French Dip was very disappointing--meat was dry, overcooked, and rubbery--did not seem fresh at all. French Onion Soup was ok but full of a lot of croutons. Black & White cookie delight was pretty good.

• 16/10/25Fries weren't as fresh as previous order and the burger was missing that charred taste that made it so fantastic the first time.

• 9/3/23Burger was over cooked and like a rubber chew toy, the soft pretzels also over cooked they were almost black, save your self the money and make frozen pretzels in your own oven they'll be unbelievably better, this is the third and last time this happens to me
